Southern Terminus: Fayette State Park, Fayette, Delta County.
Northern Terminus: US 2, Garden Corners, Delta County.

Designated in 1988, M-183 provides access to Fayette State Park on Big Bay de Noc from US 2.

Southern Terminus


 
The Southern Terminus of M-183 is at the entrance to Fayette State Park in the community of Fayette.  The road continues on to the southern end of the peninsula at Fairport as Co. Rd. 483.  In fact, the first Co. Rd. 483 marker can be seen just down the road.

Northern Terminus


 
The Northern Terminus of M-183 is at US 2 in Garden Corners in the far eastern end of Delta County.
