Western Terminus: US 31, Ferrysburg, Ottawa County.
Eastern Terminus: I-96, Nunica, Ottawa County.

M-104 follows what was the original routing of US 16 between Nunica and the Lake Michigan shoreline. 

Western Terminus


The Western Terminus of M-104 is at the US 31 freeway in Ferrysburg.  This interchange is the first one north of the drawbridge that carries US 31 across the Grand River between Grand Haven and Ferrysburg.

Eastern Terminus


M-104's Eastern Terminus is at I-96 (Exit 9) near Nunica.  The M-104 ENDS assembly is located just to the east of the interchange.  The road which continues east after M-104 terminates, Cleveland St., continues for another two blocks before meeting B-31 at a four-way stop intersection.
