The western terminus of the BL I-94 in Ann Arbor is at the Jackson Road interchange in the western part of the city. This is the JCT assembly on westbound BL I-94 approaching its endpoint. This unusual sort of JCT assembly, featuring both the intersecting route and the route the assembly is located on, actually seems to be a standard way of signing the junction of two or more state highways in the Ann Arbor - Ypsilanti vicinity.

These I-94 shields are located on westbound BL I-94 at its terminus. There is no BL I-94 ENDS signage present here.

Eastbound I-94 approaching the exit marking the start of eastbound BL I-94 features this exit signage. The exit ramp to eastbound BL I-94 is actually located 0.5 mile west of the main part of the interchange featured in the previous two photos. The ramp goes under westbound Jackson Road and then left merges into eastbound Jackson Road.

BL I-94 follows Huron Street to downtown, where Business US-23 joins it. They then follow Washtenaw Avenue to US-23 at the M-17 interchange. At that point, BL I-94 merges in with southbound US-23 for 1.5 miles to I-94, where BL I-94 comes to an end. This is the view of southbound US-23 / eastbound BL I-94 approaching the I-94 interchange. There is no BL I-94 ENDS signage at this end, either.
