Interstate Business Loop 75 (Grayling)

Length: 6.1 miles | Southern Terminus: I-75 (Exit 254), 1 mile south of Grayling | Northern Terminus: I-75 (Exit 259), 4 miles north of Grayling

Only the southernmost mile of the Grayling BL I-75 is independent. The remaining 5 miles consist of a 1-mile long multiplex with M-72 through downtown Grayling, and a 4-mile long multiplex with M-93 that heads north out of town, back to I-75. There is no direct exit from I-75 to M-72, so the exits from northbound I-75 to northbound BL I-75 (Exit 254) and from southbound I-75 to southbound BL I-75 (Exit 259) are additionally marked as "TO M-72".

Southern Terminus

The Grayling BL I-75 has its southern terminus at a partial interchange with I-75, about a mile south of town. There is no BL I-75 ENDS signage present at this terminus, just this TO I-75 shield. However, this may be a little deceptive, as southbound BL I-75 merges in with southbound I-75, but does not have any direct access to northbound I-75. Meanwhile, a left exit provides access from northbound I-75 to northbound BL I-75.

Northern Terminus

Northbound BL I-75 comes to an end at Exit 259 off of I-75, a standard diamond interchange. M-93, which multiplexes with the northernmost 4 miles of BL I-75, continues beyond this interchange for another 3 miles before it reaches its northern terminus at Hartwick Pines State Park. From this perspective, Brian is looking to the southwest at the start of southbound BL I-75, in front of the ramps to and from southbound I-75. The first southbound BL I-75 shield, which is part of an assembly that also includes a southbound M-93 marker, a TO M-72 marker, and a mileage sign for Grayling, can be seen in the background.
