Southern Terminus |

The southern terminus of BUS US 223 is in the southern part of Adrian,
at the junction of US 223 and M-52. M-52 continues south of this intersection for another 11 miles before coming to an end at the Ohio State Line, where

Northern Terminus |

BUS US 223 comes back around to meet US 223 in the western end of Adrian. The way the intersection is set up,
