Western Entrance

After passing through Ironwood, BUS US 2, the lone multi-state business connection in Michigan, crosses over the Montreal River and heads into Hurley, Wisconsin. This point marks the beginning of WI 77, which BUS US 2 multiplexes with to US 51, then follows US 51 back up to US 2.

The first BUS US 2 trailblazer in the eastbound direction stands at a rather brisk curve to the left, hence the arrow plate beneath the marker.
