Southern Terminus



M-221's southern terminus is at M-28 south of Brimley.

Northern Terminus


The northern terminus of M-221 is at a T-intersection with Lakeshore Drive in Brimley. Brimley State Park is located about a mile east of here via Lakeshore Drive. The St. Mary's River flows through the valley right behind the intersection.
