From its southern terminus on into downtown Roscommon, BL I-75 is multiplexed with M-18. BL I-75 is then an independent route from there back to I-75.

BL I-75 comes back around to meet I-75 at Exit 244, west of Roscommon. There is no BL I-75 ENDS signage present at this endpoint. Here is the destination sign for I-75 in front of the on-ramp to northbound I-75 at BL I-75's northern terminus.
