The southern terminus of Business US-23 in Ann Arbor is at Exit 37 off of US-23 in the eastern part of the city. Here is the Business US-23 ENDS assembly present at the southern endpoint. BL I-94 is multiplexed with Business US-23 to its southern terminus, and then follows the on-ramp to southbound US-23, where it continues for another 1.5 miles before coming to an end at I-94. Continuing eastbound on Washtenaw Avenue beyond this interchange and toward Ypsilanti is M-17.

Business US-23 and BL I-94 follow Washtenaw Avenue into downtown Ann Arbor. At the Main Street intersection, Business US-23 turns off and follows northbound Main Street up to M-14. At this point, Main Street ends and merges into eastbound M-14, but Business US-23 continues on to multiplex with M-14, as this signage on the on-ramp indicates, for 1 mile in order to form a complete loop back to US-23.

Northbound Business US-23 comes to an end at the western interchange between US-23 and M-14. There is no Business US-23 ENDS signage present here.
