Background Information

The first northern end photograph shows the signage for the state line between Georgia and South Carolina in the Savannah River.  The second photograph shows the South Carolina welcome sign just after the end of the bridge.  US 17 continues north from this point.

The first southern end photograph shows the view entering Camden County from Nassau County, Florida on GA 25 / US 17.  The second photograph shows the final view approaching the bridge from Camden County into Nassau County, Florida.  The third photograph was taken from the Georgia shore of the St. Marys River, looking at the GA 25 / US 17 bridge as it crosses into Florida.  The fourth and fifth photographs are actually on the Florida side of the border, showing the welcome signage in that state.
