An interesting fact about GA 121 is that, at both ends (South Carolina and Florida), the number 121 continues into the neighboring state! The photograph of the northern end of GA 121 was taken looking northbound into South Carolina. The state line sign can be seen off to the right. This point is also the eastern end for GA 10, and the point where US Routes 1, 25, 78, and 278 exit Georgia and enter South Carolina. The first photograph of the southern end shows the signage entering Florida as soon as you’ve crossed the St. Mary’s River. The second photograph shows the welcome signage upon entering Georgia from Florida. The first GA 121 reassurance marker is barely visible in the distance in this photograph. |
