The first eastern end photograph of GA 36 was taken from southbound GA 81. GA 36 westbound actually starts to the left, which is an easterly direction. This seems strange, but south of Covington, GA 36 begins to turn in a more westerly direction (though the route trends almost completely northeast-southwest over its extent). The second photograph shows the signage that was hidden behind the tree in the first photograph. The third photograph shows the actual END signage for GA 36, and the fourth photograph shows a closer view of the signage. |
