The first of the southern terminus photographs is from the Florida side of the St. Marys River looking into Georgia along the southbound lanes. The second photograph was taken alongside the northbound lanes, looking into Florida. The third photograph is a close-up view of the ‘Florida’ sign seen in the background of the second photograph. The fourth photograph shows an interesting commentary on Georgia politics, circa 2003. A lot of people were angered over the issue with the state flag, and it appears that one local was certainly displeased with the governor’s choice for the flag! |
